When you subscribe to any new service and choose the account funds as a payment method, the service will be renewed on time and automatically by deducting the renewal fee from the available balance in your account. You should always ensure that you have enough balance to renew your services. You can also disable the automatic renewal of any subscription that you do not want to renew through your account – Subscription Management.
How do I add funds to my account?
Log in. Click “My Account” and then click “Account Funds“. Insert the amount and click “Top-up”. Choose the method you want to use to refill your account and follow the instructions for that method.
