Webmail lets you access your email account directly from your browser without installing any email application on your device. It is useful when you want to check your email quickly from any location.
You can usually log in by visiting your Webmail address in your browser, such as webmail.yourdomain.com or the secure Webmail login page provided for your email account. In many cases, you can also open Webmail from the email section inside cPanel.
In most cases, you should use your full email address, for example [email protected], together with the password for that email account.
Yes. If you already have access to cPanel, you can usually go to the email accounts section and open Webmail for the mailbox you want to use. This is often the easiest option for beginners.
First, make sure you are entering the correct email address and password. If the problem continues, reset the email account password from cPanel if that option is available to you, or contact support through your Account for assistance.
This can happen if the domain is not pointing correctly, the email service is not active yet, the browser is blocking the connection, or there is a temporary network or SSL issue. Try again using the secure Webmail address and make sure your domain and hosting service are active.
Yes. Webmail works in a browser, so you can usually open it from a mobile phone or tablet the same way you open it on a computer.
No. Once you know your Webmail login address and your email password, you can usually sign in directly to Webmail without opening cPanel first.
A browser warning can appear if the SSL certificate is still updating, the wrong address is being used, or the domain is not fully configured yet. It is best to use the secure login link provided in your Account whenever possible.
Email services usually require the real domain to be active and properly connected. If your hosting account is still using a temporary domain, Webmail may not work as expected until the main domain is fully set up.
