• Bypassing Encryption & Obfuscation: attempting to break the protection of encrypted files or the built-in security measures.
• Cloning: attempting to imitate the functions and auto-configuration tools in order to build similar systems.

Our infrastructure's advanced protection systems automatically monitor the stability of the software environment and log all activities and attempts without exception. Should any of the activities listed above be detected, the company is committed to taking the following actions to safeguard its infrastructure and the partners who rely on it:

1. Immediate contract termination: the associated account is banned immediately, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund payments.
2. Criminal and civil prosecution: the client's file and the server's technical logs — together with the logs of the independent proxy server, which are recorded automatically by a neutral independent party under an encryption system that prevents any human authority from writing to or manually altering them — are referred directly to the legal departments and to local and international cybercrime units, on charges of digital piracy, theft of trade secrets and unfair competition.
3. Strict financial compensation: the penalty clause is activated immediately, and the client is pursued in court for substantial financial damages.

FirstRank™ Node 1 hosts one site; Node 2 and Node 3 host up to 5 sites belonging to the same group / company. The limit is fixed and cannot be changed.
