• Call Recordings: Calls to our support and contact numbers may be recorded from the moment they are answered, following an audible notice at the start of the call. Recordings are used strictly for quality assurance, staff training, fraud prevention, and the resolution of disputes (including billing and chargeback disputes), are retained for a limited period consistent with these purposes, and are then securely deleted. By continuing a call after the recording notice, you consent to the recording.

• Domain Registrars & ICANN: When you register a domain name, we are legally required to share your contact details with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and accredited registrars to establish your ownership (unless WHOIS Privacy protection is enabled).
• Payment Processors & Banking Partners: Limited account and transaction data is shared with our payment processors and U.S. banking institutions strictly for payment execution, fraud screening, chargeback handling, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Law Enforcement & Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to disclose your information in response to lawful court orders, subpoenas, or official requests from competent law enforcement or regulatory authorities (including U.S. authorities), or to protect our network and clients from malicious activities.

We utilize essential cookies to ensure the proper functionality of the secure Client Area, maintain active login sessions, and remember your interface preferences. We do not use tracking cookies to monitor your web activity outside of our Platform.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Billing and transaction records are retained for the periods mandated by applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights and Data Control (Security Restrictions)

As a user, you retain the right to access and review your personal information via your Client Area dashboard. However, as a strict security protocol to protect accounts from unauthorized access, social engineering, or illicit ownership transfers, self-service modification of core personal data (e.g., full name and registered email address) is permanently disabled. Self-service updates are strictly limited to your Phone Number and Company Name. Therefore, it is the Client's absolute responsibility to ensure all information is entered completely and accurately during the initial account creation. Should you wish to terminate your account and exercise your "Right to be Forgotten," you may submit a formal request to our support team. Your data will be permanently erased, subject to mandatory data retention laws governing tax and financial auditing records as described in Section 8.

10. Governing Law & Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, consistent with our Terms of Service.
