7. Your Rights and Data Control (Security Restrictions)

As a user, you retain the right to access and review your personal information via your Client Area dashboard. However, as a strict security protocol to protect accounts from unauthorized access, social engineering, or illicit ownership transfers, self-service modification of core personal data (e.g., full name and registered email address) is permanently disabled. Self-service updates are strictly limited to your Phone Number and Company Name. Therefore, it is the Client's absolute responsibility to ensure all information is entered completely and accurately during the initial account creation. Should you wish to terminate your account and exercise your "Right to be Forgotten," you may submit a formal request to our support team. Your data will be permanently erased, subject to mandatory data retention laws governing tax and financial auditing records.
